On the 9th February 2013 the

Diabetes UK North Staffs Local

Group held another table top sale to

raise money for the charity at

Bradwell Lodge Community Centre.

The day turned out positive and we

would like to say a huge thank you

to the local community for attending

and also to the people who booked

tables for selling. We would also like to say a special

thanks to all the volunteers that helped to run the event.

The doors opened at 12noon, the customers were already queuing in order to grab a bargain, whilst refreshments were available at the entrance. Twenty-two tables were booked which contributed to an excellent day!

One lady, who has started running a table at these events, stated,

"I enjoy coming to the table top sale, everyone is friendly, I like meeting new people and it gets me out of the house. This is my second time and I have already booked a table for the next one."   

 We managed to raise £313.45! Thank you  to the following volunteers:
