An evening full of fun and laughter as raffle tickets were drawn on the 10th April 2013 at Bradwell Lodge, for the Grand Prize Draw event. Organised and held by Diabetes UK North Staffs Voluntary Group.

Seats started filling up at 7:30pm as ticket buyers and volunteers were eager to start the raffle. The chance of winning some amazing prizes and some of the lucky winners were; Jill, who won £100 worth of shopping vouchers, 2 Port Vale Tickets went to Mrs Dulson and a Lush gift set went to Mrs Bloore.

Volunteers passed the box around the room for people to randomly choose a ticket and the lucky people were named! The smiling faces and cheers as each name was shouted out continued throughout the raffle. Refreshments were available shortly after the prize draw and people were tucking into cakes and drinking tea, whilst complimenting the event and prizes.

Volunteers, members, friends and family helped to sell a substantial amount of raffle tickets resulting in an amazing amount of £745 being raised, which will benefit the charity greatly....
